FRESHMEN ORIENTATION

The student orientation is designed for students only.  We respectfully ask parents and guardians NOT to attend with their incoming Freshman.

Orientation will occur on Tuesday, August 15 & Wednesday, August 16.
 
Tuesday, August 15 
  • Check in time for Tuesday is between 7:45 - 8:15 a.m.  The day will end at 2:40 p.m.
  • Students need to wear comfortable, but modest clothing.  They do not need their iPad.  Lunch will be provided.
Wednesday, August 16 
  • Wednesday will start at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 2:40 p.m.
  • Students should be in their school uniform.  They will need their iPad and a lunch.  A Taste of Excellence will be open, if they prefer to buy their lunch.
Bussing
Walsh Jesuit bussing and Public School bussing will begin on Wednesday, August 16.

MMR Vaccination Reminder

All Freshmen are reminded that Walsh Jesuit requires 2 doses of the MMR vaccination.  If you haven't done so already, documentation of compliance must be sent to Mrs. Donatelli. Alternatively you may also send via U.S. mail or via fax (330-929-1948).

If a student has a medical exemption for vaccines, a current copy of the exemption form for the 2023- 2024 school year must be sent to Mrs. Donatelli.  Again, please send via mail, fax, or email.

Vintage/Gently Used Uniform Sale

Monday, August 7
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  AND  4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  

We will also accept gently used uniform shirts from the Class of 2023.
Proceeds will go to M.O.M.S. Ministry to help WJ families in need. Please contact Sue Figler if you have any questions at figsky12@gmail.com.
